What you’ll need:
- 1 can of Albacore Tuna
- Hard-boiled egg
- Sweet relish
- Raisins
- Organic Mayonnaise
- Dill
- Olive oil
- Celtic sea salt
- Pepper
- Cucumbers
Directions:
- Open your can of tuna and drain the water out. Divide the tuna equally into 2 bowls.
- In the first bowl, add ½ of a chopped hard-boiled egg, some organic sweet relish (or chop up some bread and butter pickles), some raisins, and organic mayonnaise. Mix together. Serves well on toasted organic sourdough bread.
- In the second bowl, add some dried dill weed, the other half of the hard-boiled egg, and a whole bunch of chopped cucumbers. Drizzle some olive oil on it as well some ground Celtic sea salt and ground (green or black) pepper; mix together. It can be served straight from the bowl.
