Here is a delicious no-bake treat, great for any holiday or because you want some 🙂
What you’ll need:
- 2 cups unsweetened shredded coconut
- 2 tbsp. local honey
- 2 tbsp. coconut oil
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
- 6 drops of Young Living Vitality Peppermint essential oil (you could use 1/2 tsp. of peppermint extract)
Directions:
- In a small pot combine honey, coconut oil, and vanilla extract.
- Melt coconut oil, stir to combine, then remove from heat.
- Using a food processor add shredded coconut, 6 drops of peppermint essential oil and melted ingredients from the pot.
- Process until combined well.
- Use a teaspoon to scoop up a ball and press with your hand tightly to hold together.
- Place peppermint snowballs in a glass container and put it in the refrigerator for 2 hours.
Makes about 12 snowballs.
