Peppermint Snowball Treats

Here is a delicious no-bake treat, great for any holiday or because you want some 🙂

What you’ll need:

  • 2 cups unsweetened shredded coconut
  • 2 tbsp. local honey
  • 2 tbsp. coconut oil
  • 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
  • 6 drops of Young Living Vitality Peppermint essential oil (you could use 1/2 tsp. of peppermint extract)

Directions:

  1. In a small pot combine honey, coconut oil, and vanilla extract.
  2. Melt coconut oil, stir to combine, then remove from heat.
  3. Using a food processor add shredded coconut, 6 drops of peppermint essential oil and melted ingredients from the pot.
  4. Process until combined well.
  5. Use a teaspoon to scoop up a ball and press with your hand tightly to hold together.
  6. Place peppermint snowballs in a glass container and put it in the refrigerator for 2 hours.

Makes about 12 snowballs.
