What you’ll need:
- Kohlrabi greens

- Medium Sweet onion
- Bacon grease
- 2 garlic cloves (minced)
- Bacon
- Parmesan cheese
Directions:
- Cut off the greens of your Kohlrabi and rinse them. After they are rinsed, stack all the leaves together and chop off the stems. Set leaves aside.
- Chop up your medium sweet onion, and put it into a skillet with the stems.
- When onions are almost translucent (or soft) toss in your garlic and continue to sauté.
- Take the leaves you set aside and cut them up into short, thin strips. Toss into the pan to sauté.
- Cut up bacon into small bits and put into the pan.
- Once bacon is mostly done, sprinkle some parmesan cheese on the whole dish. Once melted, serve.
