What you’ll need:
- Asparagus
- ½ – ⅓ cup water
- Approx. 1 tbsp. butter or olive oil
- Celtic sea salt
- Dried onion flakes
- Paprika, sweet or spicy (optional)
Directions:
- You’ll first want to wash your asparagus and then break off the tough and stringy ends (they are difficult to chew)
- Place the asparagus in a frying pan, then add your water and butter (or olive oil) (or both!) to the pan as well
- Add in your salt, onion flakes, and paprika and cook over a medium heat for as long as desired. A longer cook time will have softer asparagus, and vise versa.
