Here is an informative class co-taught by Renee Pokoj and Dawn Figlan-Kemp.  Renee will demo on how easy and affordable it is to make kombucha at home.  Use it to make smoothies and popsicles too.  All the hows and whys will be covered.  Questions encouraged.

Not only will you learn all about kombucha, but fermented vegetables will also be included.  With all the great vegetables available in our gardens and farmer markets you can preserve them.  Fermented vegetables have higher vitamin content than raw.  Consuming them will help break down your food and make the nutrients more available for your body to absorb.

Dawn will share her knowledge of immune boosting recipes using products in your kitchen along with Young Living products.  Expand your digestive education by attending this event.  Learn all about prebiotic,  probiotic, digestive enzymes and more.

Kombucha kits will be available for purchase after the class.  Everything you need to make three gallons of kombucha.
