Kombucha everything, Yes!

This is an in-person demo on how to make kombucha, kombucha popsicles, and kombucha smoothies which are all great. Free samples will be available if you want to try some of the kombucha variations.   Come taste these great samples to see what you want to make for your family.

Did you know that store bought kombucha often contains large quantities of sugar?  Some brands are actually pasteurized meaning that all the live micros have been killed which means there is no health benefit drinking it.   Homemade kombucha allows you to control the flavor you like.  If you like it on the sweeter side use a shorter brew.  If you like it on the tart side you can brew it longer.

Kombucha can be used to make other cultured foods.                                       Come learn how at this class.

Kombucha kit for home brewing

Kombucha kits will be available for purchase.  Everything you need to brew 3 gallons of kombucha.  The kit includes instructions, scoby with the starter in a to-go jar, 3 different types of tea, 3 cups of organic sugar, strainer, cloth cover with a rubber band and one-gallon glass jar.  In addition resources for further education and contact information for questions.

This event is free and will show you how easy it is to make kombucha and more at home.
