Come one, come all to this fermentation workshop.  Learn how easy it is to ferment your summer bounty and more.

Renee Pokoj will demo how to begin fermenting at home.  Come to learn the benefits of adding fermented foods and beverages to your daily meals.

Here is your opportunity to bring ask any questions you have been wondering about asking.  It is always a pleasure to have interaction with all who attend.

Bonus:  At this event, you are welcome to taste different flavors of kombucha, two types of pickles and salsa too!  Find out what your favorites are so you can go home and start creating at home.

Kombucha kits will be available for purchase after the class for those who want to go home and begin brewing right away.

This class is open to the public and free for all register at the Harrison Twp. Library.
