The All About Food :From Farm to Fork Conference is sponsored by the Macomb Food Collaborative.  It is an annual event to help inform and educate the community about food.

There are three times slots during the day each offering 5 different choices to choose from.  Lunch is included during this event.

Renee Pokoj and Chef Deborah Lieder will be hosting a demonstration on cultured foods and beverages for your health.  Yes many of us strive for better health, but how many know about the power of fermented foods?  Cultured foods can be found around the world, however in our current culture many have lost this technique.  Fermented foods are alive, by consuming them we are helping to populate our guts with healthy live micros.  These micros will break down our food and make nutrients more bio available.  Healthy gut healthy body.  Join us at this event and learn how to incorporate this techinique into your daily life.  Our event will take place during the time slot of 2:15 to 3:15 session D.
