Learn how easy it is to incorporate fermented foods into your daily diet.  During this event, you will learn how to make a variety of cultured foods.

Boost your immune system by drinking kombucha or making smoothies or Popsicles using kombucha.  Need a healthy boost of energy? kombucha is for you.

In addition to fermented beverages learn how to make salsa and pickled vegetables.  By consuming a small amount with each meal you will help break down your food.  Nutrients are made more available from fermented foods for healthy living.

Fermentation preserves and enhances the vitamins in just about any vegetable from your garden.  Some of my favorites are pickles, dilly green beans, carrots, jalapeno peppers. Not only will you see how to make all these delicious items samples are also available to enjoy.

This event is free to all.  Although registration is required, see the link below.

At the end of this event, kombuchas kits will be available for purchase.  You can go home and start making this beverage the same night.  The kit contains everything you need to make three gallons of kombucha.  Contents:   Scoby with the starter in a glass to-go jar, gallon glass jar for brewing, 3 different types of tea, 3 cups of organic sugar,  strainer, cloth cover with a rubber band, instructions, health tips and contact information.
