In this class, you will learn how to create cream cheese using only one ingredient.

It is simple and can be flavored many ways.

Learn about the two different type of whey and how to get them.

This Class Will Cover:

  • Cream Cheese Dip
  • Flavored Cream Cheese
  • Fermented Lemonade
  • Fermented Fruit Chuntney
