Do you have pets?  We do, and even if you don’t sometimes the carpet needs to be freshened up in between carpet cleanings.  Because of the dogs and the fact I like to sit on the floor I like to use a deodorizer that works without harmful health effects.

Eliminating Odors is simple and effective.

• Essential oils 10 to 20 drops (or dried herbs)

True, I like the Thieves dish soap but with the number of dishes/pots/pans, I wash I wanted to make it last longer. In the past, I used the Sal Suds and it was okay.  So I had this idea to make my own blend.  I love it.

What you’ll need:

• 1 bottle of Thieves Dish Soap
• 2 cups of Sals Suds
• 3 capfuls of Thieves Household Cleaner
• Filtered water
• 2 Additional 12 oz squeeze bottles

Okay here is your own DIY soft scrub.  This has the soft grit of baking soda to help with hard to clean areas.

What you’ll need:

• Plastic Squeeze bottle (mine is 16oz.)
• 1 1/2 cups baking soda
• 1/4 cup of thieves dish soap (actually a mix of Thieves soap and more)
• 1/2 cup filtered water
• Funnel, if you have for the baking soda

The one cleaner that does everything.  Yes I mean I use it for everything: the kitchen sink, counters, windows, bathroom tub, tile, toilet, sinks floors, and everything else.  Crazy good right.  The best part of this cleaner supports my health.  Natural plant-based cleaner, with only the good stuff but it takes care of all the yuck. That makes me smile.

The cost savings are huge.  One cleaner for the house.  Try adding up all your cleaners and checkout warning labels – that is a whole another topic.

I love using laundry soap that does not contain: SLS (sodium lauryl sulfate), petrochemicals, formaldehyde, phosphates, synthetic fragrances, and optical brighteners. Okay, really does anyone want these irritants (and I’m being nice) in there soap.  You wear your clothes all day and sleep with your sheets and blankets – there is gas off going around the clock.

A simple and affordable solution, Thieves Laundry Soap hack.   Why a hack?  The laundry soap is concentrated and can be diluted. In other words more bang for your buck.

 

What you’ll need:

• A bottle of Thieves Laundry Soap
• 9 to 12 cap fulls of Thieves Household Cleaner
• Filtered water
• 3 – 32 oz pump bottles
• 5 drops per bottle Young Living essential oils – Optional – Lemon is a good choice

• 2 to 4 tbsp. of Thieves household cleaner (I use 4)

Here are some super simple room sprays that support your health and doesn’t break the bank.

What you’ll need:

• 2-ounce glass sprayer bottle
• Filtered water
• Young Living essential oils

Directions:

1. Fill the bottle with water to shoulder level
2. Add essential oils
3. Screw-on sprayer top
4. Shake before using
